How long will it take?

All orders are processed within 7 to 14 days after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.  Transit time will take usually 3 to 10 business days to most locations.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from me which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.  Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

What about refunds, returns, and exchanges?

I have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.  I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase.  I will refund the full order amount.  Return shipping cost is not refundable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, first contact me at damonp.art@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Purchase price is fully refundable if you contact me within 30 days of receiving your item, and after the item is returned in perfect condition.  Return shipping cost is NOT refundable.

Please make sure to double check the size of the art before you purchase. I recommend folding some old cardboard or newspapers into the dimensions of the art and taping them on wall you intend for the art to be able to visualize the size.

Also know that computer monitors display colors differently, although I try to take the most accurate photos possible, what you see on your own computer monitor may be very slightly different than the actual colors of the painting.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  If there is damage to your item during shipment, please be sure to keep the original box and all packing materials for USPS inspection. If the packing box is visibly damaged, take photographs BEFORE opening the box.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
I will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
